Can I leave my child there while I run errands? 

We are not licensed as a daycare facility and as such CANNOT take responsibility for your children. We ask everyone to sign in for liability purposes and we encourage you to stay with your children and enjoy the festivities. Our staff is there to ensure the safety of our guests; however, you are responsible for the children under your care.

When can we come for open play?

You can play during ANY of our normal operating hours:

Last admittance is 1 hour before closing time

What if I forget my socks?

Socks = Safety.  For this reason, we have socks available for purchase if you happen to forget your own.

Can I bring in food for my family?

For the safety of all guests we cannot allow outside food to be brought into Bonkersville. This includes snacks, juice boxes, and drinks. We do offer a wide variety of bagged snacks, soda, juice, water and coffee for purchase at reasonable prices. You may also order food to be delivered from our approved vendors. Simply let the desk staff know that you would like to order food and we will have it delivered as soon as possible.

Can I just bring some of my child's friends in for open play but bring a cake and gifts.  In other words, can I have a birthday party there without paying the party prices?

No gifts, cake or cupcakes permitted during Open Play time:  Guests must have a Bonkersville party reservation in order to hold a birthday party celebration. Call for information.

My child has food allergies and has a special diet, can we bring food in?

We understand and are sensitive to children with special needs, however, we cannot allow outside food into the facility. Many of our guests take advantage of our come-and-go policy where we stamp your hand when you leave to run errands or get something to eat, and you can come back in later that same day.

What forms of payment do you accept for open play?

Cash, MasterCard, Visa, Checks and Debit

How long do I get to play? 

UNLIMITED PLAY TIME!!!  We believe in providing you with as much fun as you can handle. Therefore, we do not limit the amount of time that you can play. Have errands to run, but want to come back? Take advantage of our free come-and-go plan. Simply stop at the front desk and have your hand stamped. You may return anytime that same day, FREE!

Why can’t children over 10 play?

As owners we had to make a decision on the age limit. As our primary focus is around active play, we made a decision to limit the age to 10 to ensure that children are safe while playing. Our facility is available to be rented on off-business hours, and we urge older groups to unify and use this option.

Do you ever close for open play?

It is very rare that we close for open play guests. Typically, we will be busier on school and federal holidays and we may, at times, need to close to ensure the safety of all of our guests.

Can I call ahead to see how many people are in your facility?

For the safety and security of our guests, we do not reveal the number of guests in our facility to anyone. We have instituted a flag system that will be displayed in our window when the number of guests is reaching the maximum allowed. Our web site will also be updated with special hours and holidays.

Can I rent your facility out?

Yes, we allow for organizations to rent out our facility for a private event. We do not, however, allow alcohol to be served or consumed on our property.

Why must I sign a liability waiver, don’t you have insurance?

Our insurance company requires anyone using our equipment/facilities to sign the waiver; therefore, it is necessary for you to sign the liability waiver. Unfortunately, in this world of frivolous litigation, we have to protect ourselves. There are inherent risks in any activity and we are simply asking you to acknowledge that you are aware of them. We are not asking you to relinquish all claims. We are responsible to meet all industry standards for safety, but cannot control all factors. If you are not willing to sign the waiver, we cannot allow your child to participate.

I am a leader of a parents group, do you offer a discount if we bring a group?

We would be happy to work with your group to determine what program would work best. Depending on the number of paid attendees we may be able to offer a discount coupon for a future visit.

If we book a Birthday Party, can we bring our own cake?

Yes, you can bring your own cake or cupcakes.

Can I bring my own paper products to a birthday party?

As part of your party package, fun birthday-themed paper products are included.  If you have a special theme, you are welcome to bring your own plates, cups, and napkins.

I want to have a birthday party there- will you close the facility for the party?

While we are open to the general public during parties our goal is to provide safe, clean, affordable fun for all of our guests. We stagger our party start times so that all of our special birthday children get time to play. We do not, however, close the facility during regular business hours for private parties.  If you desire the entire facility, please contact us about renting Bonkersville during off-business hours.

I am coming to a party there. Do I have to stay?

We are not licensed as a daycare facility and as such cannot take responsibility for your children. We ask everyone to sign in for liability purposes and we encourage you to stay with your children and enjoy the festivities. If you wish to leave during the party, it is up to you to check with the party parents. If they are okay with it, then so are we. You are responsible for leaving a reliable number to reach you on, in the event of an emergency.

How far in advance should I contact you to schedule a birthday party?

We recommend that you contact us as soon as possible to arrange your date. We often book  4- 6 weeks in advance.

What if I schedule a date and need to change it? 

You have 72 hours before your event to change the date. We will work with you to get a time as quickly as possible.

I left a jacket in the facility, what is done with it?

We keep all items for 30 days. If they are not picked up or claimed, we donate them to local charities.
